3. Purposes and Legal Bases of Data Processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Providing commercial information regarding the offer of the Omeda-Med Medical Center – based on consent
- Direct marketing of the Controller’s own services and products – based on consent
- Provision of medical services (e.g., appointment scheduling, medical documentation management) – based on a healthcare service agreement
- Recruitment of job candidates – based on consent given during the application process
If consent is not given, data will not be processed for marketing or recruitment purposes.
4. Data Retention Period
Personal data will be processed:
- until the consent is withdrawn (for data processed based on consent),
- for the period necessary to provide services and fulfill legal obligations under applicable regulations (e.g., medical documentation management – in accordance with the Patient’s Rights Act and the Patient Rights Ombudsman),
- for a maximum of 2 years in the case of marketing or recruitment activities.

- entities processing data on behalf of the Controller (e.g., IT service providers, accounting firms),
- only on the basis of a data processing agreement and in accordance with the Controller’s instructions.
6. Data Transfer Outside the EEA
Your data is not transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area.

- rectify it,
- delete it (if the data is no longer necessary),
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal),

8. Voluntariness of Providing Data
Providing personal data for marketing and recruitment purposes is voluntary. Failure to provide such data will prevent, respectively, sending an offer or considering an application.

- server security,
- access control,
- security policy compliant with applicable regulations.
